He loved spending time with his grandchildren telling stories, attending their activities, and giving the best hugs. Mrs. Langlais was very active in St. Paul’s Catholic School and Miss Marion’s School of Dance in Spartanburg in the 1980s. After a short move back up north, she and her husband moved back to South Carolina and loved spending time with their grandchildren. Vivian was a devoted member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

And Janie L. Floyd (nee’ Chapman) in Mullins, SC on June 4, 1946. He graduated from Winyah High School in Georgetown, SC on his birthday, June 4, 1964. After graduation, he attended Clemson University where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in December 1968. Jim married the love of his life, Jean Carol Austin, in Greenville, SC in 1973. They settled in Mauldin where they raised children, were active at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, supported local schools and sports, and enjoyed many grandchildren.
